As we look back at 2020 what changed for you personally?

Where you may have noticed an ending, did you notice an opening for a new beginning?

What is something positive that was presented to you?

As we look forward to 2021 what lessons can you bring forward into the new year?

How can you continue to nurture a mindset of acceptance, resilience, re-examination, and innovation?

This past year presented us with an opportunity to let go of what no longer works and try new ways, the year ahead presents us with an opportunity to expand on new ways of seeing ourselves and the world. Lean into growth….

 For a seed to achieve its greatest expression,

it must come completely undone.

The shell cracks, its insides come out and

everything changes. To someone

who doesn’t understand growth,

it would look like complete destruction.
