Spend three days deepening your understanding of whole body, mind, and energetic health in a safe and comfortable, small group environment. Each day will include healthy meals, connection, discussion topics, reflection time, journaling, nature, movement therapy, and body work. We will spend time intentionally focused on “being” to offset our daily lives where so much of our time is focused on “doing”.
Discussion topics will include self-awareness, living with intention, stress management, personal leadership, nutrition, body awareness, balance, creating a healing environment, and deepening connection.
Body work, movement therapy, and yoga will be provided by JoAnn Zitzow of My Place Wellness.
