Change your life

How you spend your mornings.
How you talk to yourself.
What you read.
What you watch.
Who you share your energy with.
Who has access to you.
That will change your life.”
Michael Tonge

I love this quote; it points to the simple fact that we can control so much of how our life unfolds by paying attention to the choices we make.

It is easy for our brains to fall into the familiar pathways we have created over years, without occasionally pausing to check-in to see if this path is still providing fulfillment and serving our life purpose.

We each may see it show up in different areas of our lives, where we are not living to our full potential, not honoring our unique gifts, not appreciating the life we have or the people in our lives. It is too easy to literally not see what we see every day or to no longer appreciate it as it blends into the everyday mundane.

I invite you to hit the pause button on your life and reflect on what you have stopped noticing. Notice…..take a deep breath and notice what you see, what you smell, what you hear, maybe what you taste, how it feels, how it makes you feel, notice if it shifts your energy and how.

What new habits might you create that incorporate more of what fuels your soul to replace the old habits that may just drain your energy?
