Interested in an experiential retreat that will reset and re-energize your life?

Spend three days deepening your understanding of whole body, mind, and energetic health in a safe and comfortable, small group environment. Each day will include healthy meals, connection, discussion topics, reflection time, journaling, and nature. We will spend time intentionally focused on “being”, to offset our daily lives where so much of our time is focused on “doing”.

It will not include the internet, your phone, emails, work, demands or stress.

Discussion topics will include self-awareness, living with intention, stress management, personal leadership, nutrition, body awareness, transitioning, and deepening connection.
